周年庆典:培训中心开放日

Large crowd for the anniversary celebration on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of training in-house.

In 1969 the first industrial clerk started her apprenticeship at Anton Häring KG. Fifty years later, over 550 young professionals in Bubsheim, and 948 worldwide have successfully started their careers with us. We celebrated this 50th anniversary on a grand scale together with our team and the public who had accepted our invitation:

For the event, numerous actions were set up in the 3-storey Häring Academy on over 3100 square meters. Young and old were able to take an interactive journey through the Häring history, get to know the latest technologies, have fun and of course find out about the numerous training and study opportunities.

“We thought a lot about the Open Academy Day. 50 years of training - a lot has changed and developed during this period. With the many interactive stations that were set up throughout the academy, a lot was offered. From interactive memory games for all the senses, to building your own robot, or a race with intelligent, autonomous vehicles - we wanted to make new technologies tangible and take a look behind the scenes - and I think we have succeeded, ”says president Miriam Häring on the well-attended anniversary event. The influencer area was of course a highlight for the younger guests. Professional racing driver and influencer Jan-Erik Slooten was a guest and gave autographs, pictures and answered questions. Previously, there was an exclusive Meet & Greet and a fan package that could be won with him via the social channels.

And finally, a wide culinary offer rounded off the visit for the guests. "I think, especially for schoolchildren who are about to start their careers, this day was a special opportunity to get to know a company up close and to make contacts," said president Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Haring. His father had started training in-house when it wasn't common for companies in the region. Jürgen Häring continues the concept in an equally innovative way: "We owe our success to our attitude not only to react to changes, but to actively drive the future forward with changes."
